From Farm to Playground: Three Sisters Gardens plants a garden at Bell Avenue Elementary

Did you know that gardening helps kids build social skills, grow their self-confidence, enjoy more fruits and vegetables, and develop a deeper understanding and care for nature, and so much more?

Three Sisters Gardens had so much fun creating a garden plan for Bell Avenue Elementary. The students couldn’t wait to get their hands in the soil! Huge thanks to our Farm Manager Kat and Farm Lead Jerry for bringing this project to life and for guiding the students through their planting journey. Thank you as well to Bell Avenue Elementary for welcoming us. The kids brought our team so much joy.

We will also be breaking ground at Main Avenue Elementary School soon.
