About the event
With the state of our current food system in America, we cannot risk lapses in our food supply as we encounter the effects of human-created climate change. It is more vital than ever that everyone learn how to grow and preserve their own food. Whether you're an avid camper, a doomsday prepper, or anyone in between -- there are essential skills that are incredibly useful to have in a survival situation.
Three Sisters Gardens' staff will teach you essential survival skills such as fire-making, navigation, food preservation, and seed harvesting. In addition to sharing these special skills, farm staff will also guide you through a tour of our food forest and share more about how Three Sisters Gardens is cultivating the path toward food sovereignty.
